These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. Please read them before ordering. By browsing this site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“We”, “us” and “our” refer to YABADRI LLC. “You” and “your” refer to the person browsing this site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method you use belongs to you or that you have permission to use it.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
3. Our products
We sell artificial plants, faux greenery, preserved botanicals, planters and related home décor. All botanical items sold here are artificial. They are decorative and are not living plants, food, cosmetics or medical products.
Product photographs are taken under studio lighting and screens reproduce colour differently. Small variations in leaf tone, planter finish and the arrangement of stems are inherent to handmade botanical pieces and are not defects. Dimensions are listed on every product page and are accurate to within one inch.
Unless a listing says otherwise, our products are intended for indoor decorative use. Items described as UV resistant are suitable for outdoor use, but no artificial material is immune to prolonged sun, frost or high wind. Products are not fire-retardant unless the listing states so explicitly, and should be kept away from open flame, halogen lamps and heat sources.
Some items contain small parts and are not toys. Keep them away from young children and pets.
4. Orders
Adding items to your basket does not reserve them. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email — the order confirmation you receive immediately after checkout is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not our acceptance of it.
We may decline or cancel an order, in whole or in part, where:
- the item is out of stock or has been discontinued;
- a price or product description contained an error;
- we cannot ship to your address;
- your payment is declined or we suspect fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method;
- we believe the order is for resale rather than personal use.
If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full without delay.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD) and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout, and any import duties or taxes that may become payable in your country.
We take payment in full when you place your order, using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we never see or store your full card number.
We take care to price everything correctly, but errors occur. Where an item’s correct price is higher than the price shown, we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We will never charge you more than the price shown without your agreement.
Promotional codes cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.
6. Shipping and delivery
We ship worldwide. Processing times, rates, delivery estimates and the treatment of customs charges are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you gave us. Where an order is lost or damaged in transit, we will replace or refund it as described in the Shipping Policy.
On international orders you are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties, taxes or brokerage fees levied by your national customs authority.
7. Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these Terms and explains your 30-day return window, how to obtain a Return Authorisation, and who pays return postage.
Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement.
8. Accounts
You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately at info@yabadri.com if you believe it has been used without your permission.
We may suspend or close an account that is used to breach these Terms, to commit fraud, or to abuse our returns or promotional offers.
9. Reviews and other content you submit
You may be able to post reviews, ratings, questions and answers. When you do, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, adapt and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing.
You must not post anything that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringes someone else’s rights, or contains personal data belonging to another person. We may remove any submission at our discretion, and we do not endorse opinions expressed by customers.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or copy our product data, images or descriptions for commercial use without written permission;
- introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system;
- interfere with the site’s operation, including by placing excessive automated load on it;
- resell our products commercially without a written wholesale agreement with us.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, product photography, descriptions, graphics, logos, page design and software — is owned by YABADRI LLC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
You may view, download and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution or republication, requires our prior written consent.
12. Availability of the site
We aim to keep the site available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or part of it for maintenance, upgrades or business reasons, without notice and without liability to you.
13. Third-party links
Where the site links to third-party websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices.
14. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices available to you. This site uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the store and to measure advertising. By using the site you consent to that processing as described in those policies.
15. Disclaimers
Our products are supplied for ordinary domestic and commercial decorative use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for any warranty expressly given in these Terms or our Returns Policy, the site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, and we exclude all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or free of viruses, or that the information on it is complete or current at all times.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, however arising.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YABADRI LLC, its members, officers and employees against any claim, loss, liability, damages and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or content you submit to it.
18. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, carrier failures, customs delays, government action, utility outages and failures of telecommunications or internet infrastructure.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If you have a complaint, please email info@yabadri.com first. We take customer complaints seriously and resolve the overwhelming majority informally within a few days. If we cannot reach agreement within 60 days of you first raising the matter in writing, you and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.
If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, this clause does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer laws in your country of residence, or of the right to bring proceedings in your local courts where such a right cannot be excluded.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, our operations or the law. The version published on this page when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The “last updated” date at the top shows when the current version took effect.
21. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent; we may transfer ours to a successor in business. These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between us.
