This Cookie Policy explains how YABADRI LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on this store, what each one does, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store. It lets the site remember things between page loads and between visits — that you are logged in, what is in your basket, which language you chose.

We also use similar technologies that work in comparable ways: local storage, which keeps small amounts of data in your browser without sending it back with every request, and pixels (also called web beacons), which are tiny invisible images used to record that a page or email was opened.

Cookies set by this store are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by another company whose service we use are third-party cookies. Session cookies are erased when you close your browser; persistent cookies stay until they expire or you delete them.

2. The categories we use

Strictly necessary

These make the store work. They keep your basket intact, keep you signed in, protect forms against cross-site request forgery, and route your traffic. The store cannot function without them, so they are set whether or not you accept optional cookies, and they cannot be switched off from within the store.

Cookie Set by Purpose Expires
woocommerce_cart_hash This store Records that your basket has changed so the page can update Session
woocommerce_items_in_cart This store Tells the store your basket is not empty Session
wp_woocommerce_session_* This store Links your browser to your basket and checkout details on our server 2 days
wordpress_logged_in_* This store Keeps you signed in to your account Session, or 14 days if you tick “remember me”
wordpress_sec_* This store Secures authenticated pages in your account area Session, or 14 days
PHPSESSID This store Maintains your server session during checkout Session

Functional

These remember choices you make so the store behaves the way you left it. Declining them does not break the store, but some conveniences stop working.

Cookie Set by Purpose Expires
woosw_key This store Remembers the contents of your wishlist when you are not signed in 30 days
wp-settings-* This store Remembers display preferences within your account area 1 year
comment_author_* This store Pre-fills your name and email when you leave a review 1 year

Analytics

These tell us how the store is used — how many people visit, which products they look at, where they arrive from, and where they give up. We look at this in aggregate to improve the store. We do not use it to identify you personally.

Cookie Set by Purpose Expires
_ga Google Analytics Distinguishes one visitor from another 2 years
_ga_* Google Analytics Maintains the session state for this store’s analytics property 2 years

Marketing

These measure how our adverts perform and allow us to show relevant adverts to people who have visited the store. They can be used to build a profile of your interests across different websites.

Cookie Set by Purpose Expires
_fbp Meta Pixel Identifies your browser so purchases and visits can be attributed to a Facebook or Instagram advert 3 months
fr Meta (facebook.com) Delivers and measures advertising on Meta’s platforms 3 months

Exact cookie names and lifetimes are set by Google and Meta and can change without notice to us. Their own documentation is authoritative: Google and Meta.

3. Consent

Strictly necessary cookies are always set, because the store cannot work without them.

Analytics and marketing cookies are optional. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we set them only after you have given consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawing it is as easy as giving it, and does not affect anything that happened before you withdrew it.

If you are elsewhere, these cookies may be set when you continue to use the store, and you can still control them using the methods in section 4.

4. How to control cookies

In your browser

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, block third-party cookies, or block cookies entirely:

Blocking all cookies will stop the basket and checkout from working, so you will not be able to buy anything.

Opting out of specific services

Opting out of advertising cookies does not mean you stop seeing adverts. It means the adverts you see are less relevant to you.

5. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends one, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising.

There is still no agreed industry standard for the older “Do Not Track” browser setting, so we do not respond to it. Use the controls above instead.

6. Cookies in emails

Our marketing emails contain a small pixel that tells us whether the email was opened and which links were clicked, so we can see what our customers find useful. If you would rather we did not, unsubscribe using the link in any email, or set your email client to block remote images. Transactional emails such as order confirmations are not tracked in this way.

7. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the cookies we use change, or when the law does. The “last updated” date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Please check back occasionally.

8. Contact us

If you have a question about how we use cookies, or would like help exercising any of the choices above, get in touch.
